In a word: tradition. The Yoshimi comes from a history that was first in Benkay, in the Hotel Nikko (now Hyatt). For a long time the most sophisticated Japanese restaurant in CDMX and with a great tradition. As my dad would say: lots of memories. From the menu: shabu shabu, sukiyaki and some nigiris.

Sit by the window or outside to appreciate the calm of the Japanese garden. Here you should order the shabu shabu shabu forte (hopefully Wagyu) and some tempura vegetables or nigiris to start.
