Although the cantina and the restaurant might be different spaces and experiences, it seems to me that the more crowded it gets, the less you would notice. I go exclusively for the taquitos de lengua.

One of my favorite places in the whole world. It's amazing to arrive and greet all the staff of years and if you're lucky you'll find Mr. Webelman sitting at his usual table. Order the salt fish, tacos de lengua, fideo seco, milanesa manchega, a cascada and get ready to spend a good four or five hours.

The usual craving. A milanesa, some taquitos campechanos de lengua with chamorro and great service.

One of the nicest cantinas in the city, with very well prepared dishes that do not lose the essence of the cantina. The chamorro and tongue taquitos are not to be missed, but if you order the salt fish, you will have a spectacle on your table.
