Although they are famous for their pastor, the "volcanes" (steak,  cecina, rib and pastor with loads of cheese) remind me of taditional charcoal-grilled tacos. I think they even put more love into those, than to the pastor itself.

They are night tacos, because during the day it is a mechanic shop, one of those beautiful things that only happen in the CDMX. It's usually very crowded, but it's worth the wait. The pastor tacos are the most requested, but I never leave without having a campechano.
