They may not be my favorite carnitas but their "petroleras" are enough to pay them a visit. I like to take tourists because of the location, close to the Reforma museum area.

Personally, I think the signature taco, the carnitas taco, is good, but few people know that the cecina taco is loved because of the excellent handmade tortilla from Los Panchos and its salsa verde. In the end, I always end up ordering more

Personally, I consider the signature taco, the carnitas taco, to be good, but few know that the cecina taco is very well liked, because of the excellent handmade tortilla from Los Panchos and its salsa verde. In the end, I always end up ordering more cecina than carnitas (Psst... the mole de olla is fantastic too).

My grandfather used to bring me here when I was little and it was here that I got to know the great world of carnitas. Between tacos, caldo tlapeño and a "petrolera" full of cueritos.

Well-served is a guiding principle of Los Panchos' cuisine: always plentiful and for sharing. The taco campechano (I wish I could eat more than one) or a chicken tostada. Their mole de olla is a real pick-me-up for hungover, tiredness or cold days. Any of the above

Well-served is a guiding principle of Los Panchos' cuisine: always plentiful and for sharing. The taco campechano (I wish I could eat more than one) or a chicken tostada. Their mole de olla is a real pick-me-up for hungover, tiredness or cold days. Any of the above with a beer. The service is also up to the task to receive large groups.
