Our reviews
If there is such a thing as an "unpretentious" place, it is Fugaz. Giuseppe is one of the most relaxed but well-done chefs I know. And he recently moved to a divine place. Long live Fugaz's avocado tostada.

Probably my favorite place. The best atmosphere, good music, relaxed where there are always good vibes. The menu changes depending on the ingredients Giuseppe finds but always, always order the avocado tostada and the mojama and bean tostada, the Bloody Mary is a hit!

It is a small place, but very well used in every way. Although the menu will hardly be the same from one time to the next, the salads are delicious and imaginative.

Rarely does a place surprise me like Fugaz. The menu is so short that you can order everything in one sitting (in a group of 4-6 people). It changes constantly but I think what stands out is the creativity when it comes to playing with flavors and ingredients.

For a date at night at the window, sitting on the stools. The avocado tostada is a must.

Gold medal in my heart. I love this concept, the chef Giuseppe and his simple, fair and delicious creativity. To his waiters, his very relaxed atmosphere, his branding. I'm a fan of aioli, so I always order the shrimp tostada. The baked poros with figs and goat cheese are also spectacular. A glass of naranjon and let's go to happiness!

Here you feel at home but with gourmet food. Uff the shrimp tostada is the best.
