Makan

The new Makan in Bucareli was very nice and I always like to go back... however, the spiciness is a seriour thing here. I order the Wonton soup, Chili Crab, laksa and duck if I go with friends. Just thinking about it makes my mouth water.

Finally more Asian offerings in Mexico. The chefs are lovely and if you're lucky they sit down with you to share a mezcal. I always order the laksa and an invention of mine: fried rice with escargots.

Singaporean food in their new place in Juarez with a vibe. The chili crab is amazing, Szechuan asparagus and Makan chicken.

I liked everything I tried, and it made me want to go back for more, so it is the ideal place to go with a large group. As it is in front of the Chinese Clock, it is best to arrive by bike or walking because it is common for Bucareli to be closed.

It has become one of my favorites. Just ordering chicken and rice will make your day go better, but the Kaya Toast is a perfect dessert: piney, soft, sweet and the crunchy coconut on top.
