The Palace of the Counts of Miravalle on Madero and 16 de Septiembre streets, in the Historic Center of Mexico City, is the establishment where Azul Histórico comes to life. It is a traditional Mexican food restaurant, where it is worth trying the cochinita panuchos and the duck stuffed fritters bathed in black mole.

This is one of the nicest places to pretend to be a tourist when you are in downtown. Their seasonal festivals always have interesting options. You have to order panuchos de cochinita pibil, enchiladas de jamaica and chocolate de agua.

One of the best places to go in the Centro Historico. The enchiladas de jamaica are a dish worth ordering; any dish with mole (poblano, black) is a guarantee of tastiness.

A must to take all my out-of-town guests. Because of the decoration, the details, but most of all, for the ladies who make the tortillas by hand. You have to order quesadillas, tacos and mole.

Perfect place to take visitors from abroad and enjoy a quality Mexican dinner. I recommend having breakfast, panuchos and moles.

The food is very good, authentic and surprsing for foreigners. The space is also really nice. Their mole is reliable and their chiles en nogada are one of my favorites (you can even choose between sweet and salty nogada).

It nevers fails when friends and family comming from out of town want traditional Mexican food, in a nice, fresh place.

Nice and intimate interior patio to enjoy Mexican food. You must order the sopa azteca and the specials when they have regional festivals.
