I love the ambiance inside the old house mixed with current and entertaining music. The beef tail noodle, the pea guacamole tostada and the chile pasilla taco.

At the risk of sounding like an aunt, this place could be renamed the ‘Tigre Escandaloso’, especially at night, which I think is the best time to try their drinks and sweet dishes such as tuna with hazelnut butter, chile pasilla mixe taco with Ramonetti cheese, fish croquettes and pâté.

At Chilango we include this place among the "reinvented cantinas", as its dishes maintain this essence, but have an interesting twist. You have to order at the center to try more things. The fish croquettes have that perfect crunch, the huitlacoche tlayuda goes well with the beers, but the cocktails here are a must try.

I love to sit on the terrace to have some drinks and share their norteño dishes like the fideo de cola de res (beef tail noodle) and the tlayuda norteña. Phew!
