This place is quite an experience. In an old house on Juarez Avenue, lit by candlelight, with creaking wood floors and smells coming out of the smoky kitchen. It's rich, beautiful and has a great service. My recommendations would be the dates stuffed with chorizo, the lamb brochette with caper sauce or the grilled eggplant cheese, all paired with the house cocktails.

I really like Emme and Chris's spontaneous cooking. The entrees are the star of the place, the fresh part. The cocktail bar in the little bar at the entrance is tremendous. It's worth starting or ending there.

Sit in the second room or the hallway in front of the kitchen to watch the chefs Cris & Emme. They have a very good selection of natural wines. You have to start with the dates stuffed with chicharron, the fish or the suckling pig.

I love the ambiance, and it works for both a late afternoon drink or an evening dinner. The cucumber salad, the hummus, and the prime rib sandwich.

I like the place. My recommendation is to go in a large group and ask for several starters to share. It is perfect for a long night.

One of the nicest places in town. The best thing to do is to sit at the bar and chat with the bar tender and order something to eat, such as fried sardines.
