As its name suggests, this is a project entirely dedicated to corn. More specifically to the rescue of its native varieties that reach diners in the form of antojitos or in a freshly handmade tortilla. In keeping with this proposal, the space emulates the rural kitchens of Mexico, transporting you to the countryside, but without leaving colonia Roma.

Go very early for brunch/lunch. Have them send out tacos until you're full... each one better than the last.

Here there is no menu, everything depends on appetite, I like its market style cuisine that gravitates around corn. You have to let yourself go and enjoy a sequence of dishes where corn is the protagonist.

I like to sit down early, without prejudice and on an empty stomach. It's a place for when you have an uncontrollable craving for good corn.

There is no menu, so letting yourself be surprised is part of the plan. It is a place worth visiting to learn about corn.

Perfect for a late and filling 'second breakfast'. Although there is no menu, anything that comes wrapped in corn (telela, taco, tamale) is always very worthwhile.
