From the menu, I'll go with the charales tacos, tuna tostadas, fish a la talla (if the table is more than 3 people), Zihuatanejo style fish strips and a fig tart. If it's still on the menu, Hilo Negro's Invisible wine is a great choice.

It is always a lively place with a good vibe. The tuna tostadas and fish a la carving never fail. The wine list has a super selection of Mexican and Spanish whites, as well as Riesling, all perfect to accompany the food here! Ideal for large groups

Beyond the typical tostadas, aguachiles, grilled fish, or shrimp tacos, I think there's still more to discover on this menu. Their chipotle meatballs are my absolute fave, and if they have charales tacos, I'm totally getting those. The watercress salad with nopales is super fresh and you should always check out their daily specials.

Apart from the usual (tuna tostadas, the famous fish a la talla and fig tart) I like the octopus taco, fish tiraditos, crab tacos and my favorite: the Camacho clams, a delicacy that is not on the menu.
