Although the menu has changed over time I think the 'evergreen' dishes are the ones that kept me coming back, such as the lettuce bud salad, fried artichokes with jocoque, crudo of the day, orechiette, agnolotti and roast chicken. The condensed milk tart and/or cheeses. If Rodney is there, he will always recommend a good wine.

The safe one is to try new wines at the bar downstairs. I do not forgive the chicken or agnolotti, but it is also a good place to take vegan friends, because they have several options on the menu.

The place where I feel most at home. The experience starts at the bar, where Rodo serves you the appetizers of the day. Afterwards, Rodney and Mercedes recommend the craziest and most delicious wines you can try, all among a great menu. My favorites are the chicken and pastas, but I'm looking forward to the return of the tapa con Uni.

Both the architecture of the place and the dishes are an experience. If you don't know where to go with your date, this is a great place.

I like to start with a drink downstairs and then go upstairs for lunch or dinner.

The terrace is where I prefer to sit. It's cozy and perfect for dining as a couple, plus I love the way they cook with several layers of flavor. The tomato salad, pork chop and artichokes are my favorites, but I really like everything on their menu.

My grouper, grouper. There is not a person to whom I do not recommend it and my friends know it for sure. Perfect pastas, lots of acidity, several layers of textures, balanced flavors and a varied and fairly priced wine list. I like to sit at the bar when the plan is more casual and order several snacks. And if I'm going for something more formal, I like to sit upstairs in the lounge or on the terrace.

One of my favorite places in town. I celebrate its compact menu and, most of the time, I could only order each and every one of the appetizers. The crudo of the day and the orecchiette are a must. Tip: if there's room, have an aperitif (martini, vermouth) with a starter (the clam montado or the best olives in town) at the bar downstairs. When you're ready, go up to your table.

I love the upstairs for intimate dining, especially the orecchiette accompanied by a bottle of wine from Rodney's list. The downstairs bar, which overlooks the street, is also perfect for a glass of wine and snacks.

For me the best bar in Roma. I recommend ordering all the entrees and see what surprises Rodney and Mercedes put on the menu. For dessert they have the best affogato or the chocolate custard with passion fruit. And the wines recommended by Rodney are always the perfect complement.
